Pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing—fully compliant with Ohio BWC SUPR requirements, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and ORC 153.03 for state construction contractors.

We manage the entire testing process: policy compliance, specimen collection, MRO review, Clearinghouse reporting, and SAP referrals.

Fully Reimbursable through the SUPR Grant.

Drug testing expenses are eligible for reimbursement through the BWC SUPR Grant when your policy meets program requirements.

*SUPR Reimbursement: Ohio employers with an approved substance use policy program enrolled in SUPR may qualify for reimbursement of up to $100 per HHS-certified laboratory-based specimen collection with MRO review, up to $1,500 per grant year. Reimbursement is subject to eligibility, policy compliance, available funding, and funds are distributed by BWC on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, reimbursement is not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted through the BWC Grant Management Portal. Clinical Drug Testing LLC provides workforce drug testing services; reimbursement eligibility is determined solely by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC).
